SALES TAX
There is no sales tax for non-Texas residents. Only Texas residents will be charged sales tax in accordance with State law.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
When your place an order, you will receive an order number when the ordering is completed. In addition, you will receive a confirmation receipt by email. However, certain ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and spam filters block email from unknown parties, and as a result, occasionally confirmations do not reach customers. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please emaill us for confirmation at sales@CoolKidItems.com. Additionally,since many of the purchases from our site are purchased as gifts and sent to an address other than a billing address, we do not include a receipt with purchase price on it.
CANCELLATIONSHere at CoolKidItems, we work to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please email us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order if possible. Until you receive a confirmation of cancellation in writing, you should assume the order is in our system and being processed. If your order has already shipped out please see our return policy for further instructions.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS, MISSING ITEMS
If you order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing items, please contact us or manufacturer as listed below within 3 days of delivery so we can do our very best to quickly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

RETURN POLICY
It is our goal to make you 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise, so we offer a 30-Day Return Policy on every order, unless otherwise stated. If you do not wish to keep the item you purchased you must e-mail us within 30 days to obtain an RAN (return authorization number). Once we issue an RAN, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without any RA number may be refused and returned to sender. Credit will be applied as follows:
* actual shipping and handling charges will be higher than shipping cost charged during sale of the product. Actual shipping and handling charges are based on shipping cost incurred, transaction costs, and any other incidental costs incurred during sale of the product.
Rules & Guidelines
For your protection, please provide us with the tracking number of your package. Otherwise, if the package is lost in transit, we will be unable to track the package and unable to issue a credit.
*CoolKidItems customer service reserves the right to refuse or deny any return upon final review if all previous guidelines have not been met. CoolKidItems may update this return policy at any time.
IN STOCK / BACKORDERED ITEMS
CoolKidItems makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and the date when backordered items will become available. However, for items that are shipped by the respective manufacturers, the information on the site is only as current as the most recent report provided by the manufacturers (which in most cases is daily), and occasionally there is a lag between posted and actual status. If we do now have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill. If you are in a hurry, please feel free to email us at sales@CoolKidItems.com to check for availability.
SHIPPING
Please note that some items ship directly from manufacturers' warehouses using their preferred carrier, which allow us to keep our prices and your costs as low as possible. Depending on what items are ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days.
Rush Delivery - Please contact us at sales@CoolKidItems.com to ensure we are able to meet your timeline. Our distribution centers are in different parts of the country which affect delivery times.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to CoolKidItems or to one of its vendors due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.
P.O. boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at present.
If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us we will have to bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by CoolKidItems and any other related costs.
We are currently only shipping to 48 contigious US states. Our apologies, but due to various restrictions we are not able to ship to other destinations like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada or other international destinations. We are also not shipping to APO/FPO address because of various restrictions.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
CoolKidItems cares about your privacy and security. We use a strong encryption protocol to encrypt your personal data and prevent unauthorized access to your data. In addition we have partnered with Bank of America, one of the largest credit card issuer and processor to process your transactions. Credibility and trust is important to us and we use that as the basis for securing your data and protecting your privacy.
Your private information will never be sold or solicited to other companies. Your Credit Card information is also removed from our server records thirty-days or after e-commerce operations have been completed.
We collect only necessary information for processing transactions and to improve your shopping experience and do not share it with anyone else. Security, Privacy and Trust are very important to us.
